Productivity

Unemployment rate is almost at Full employment. How can GDP grow if more employees are not available.? And the prospect of immigrants filling the void looks unlikely.

Everyone looks at the numbers and throws up their hands at the lack of productivity. They should look out the window and see everyone on their phones, checking messages, playing games, etc. There's one obvious culpret!
